Shop Act
The Shop act is designed to regulate payment of wages, hours of work, leave, holidays, terms of service and other work conditions of employees and is mandatory if the business premises are located in municipal limits.
Udyog Aadhaar
Udyog Aadhaar is a 12-digit registration number issued by the Ministry of MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises). Udyog Aadhar registration is applicable to existing MSMEs that are engaged in Manufacturing or Services activities.
FSSAI
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is responsible for protecting and promoting public health established under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and is a mandatory registration/ licence for food and allied businesses.
